Welcome to peacock blue
Bold, bright and beautifully blue. Using such bright colors feels like a bold choice for me, but I find myself going "oooh" I like this. I normally am not a bright color person, but with learning more about my amazing customers and what they want, I have found myself getting super into the idea of new colors, bright colors, you name it. Change is good, growth is good. Now, who knows if customers will think the same thing. Only time will tell.
The color is bright, bold and very blue. It makes quite a statement. However, if you see the fabrics below, it can be more subdued when the transparency is less.
I’ve been focusing the past week on some simple blender patterns to offer in a bunch of colors for you all. It may have taken me a long time, but finally I realized that not everyone likes my ice dyed and shibori dyed fabrics as much as I do. And that yes, sometimes simple is best.
I love blender fabrics for quilting projects. I think maybe I just miss quilting. Yes, I do. So, someone out there please use some of my new blender fabrics in a quilt, or two and send me your photographs.
I admit, I did originally start designing fabrics for myself to use in my quilts, but that is clearly not the case anymore. Now, I am focused on you, my amazing customers. You all are the reason I smile, I get to bring a little beauty into the world through fabrics and wallpapers.

This color is absolutely gorgeous! I think more people should get more comfortable with using colors, and sometimes that feels like a big ask…but this blue makes it feel so easy and obvious.
